hi doctor my son 1y 11m old he getting loss stool but it's not too watery for past 2 days because of that he got anus rashes

A. hi apply thin layer of coconut oil at rashes. avoid using diapers for now. prefer Cotton clothes for a child. keep your child well hydrated give sporlac powder in 2 drops quantity twice in a day. give other natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc. keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it
