Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is a viral infection and only medicines are given according to the need of the childs of our fever you have to give fever medicine and for pain also you have to give paracetamol and you can apply calamine lotion as well as t back cream over the lesionss and then meet your doctor
