please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup and meshes etc
please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
