Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually sometimes it completely depends on the weather also sometimes it might be due to dryness or deficiency of vitamin d so just try to consult your doctor regarding this and expose your baby to early morning sunlight applying good natural coconut oil
