hi doctor my LMP was 9 October but since 10days i am feeling nauseous, severe headache and sometimes mild abdominal cramps, since yesterday I saw a little pinkish discharge while wiping off.. what does it mean ? kindly suggest something

It was really very early pregnancy so it would be difficult to say anything without proper assessment but any kind of discharge generally is not considered good during the time of pregnancy so it suggested to cross check with your doctor which Joe gynaecologist as soon as you can
