hi doctor my kid is 2 years 7 months old now a days she is vomiting frequently after lunch or dinner and she is behaving normally after vomiting I don't know why she is vomiting frequently is any problem with her shall I consult a pedestrian or its normal

Give ondem drops
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
