my kid is 2 year old and he is very moody ....he knows all the alphabets ,counting, reverse counting and even some words too like apple ,star etc but he does not speak mumy Papa and other words. whole day he used to pronounce alphabets and numerals .

nope, no need to worry about it.. as he is just 2 only.. Don’t try to force your child to speak.
Read books aloud n Sing to your child . 
Have your child play with kids whose language is a little better than theirs.

So It is that your child is not interested in talking so it’s absolutely normal try to encourage your child to talk more hopefully by 3 to 3 1/2 years your child is going to pick up really well

Yes If your child knows very well how to speak and yet your child is not speaking then you can definitely take an advice from a child counsellor on this for a better understanding because certain times kids can speak what they have learnt but they do not talk normal words but sometimes it could be an issue as well
