hi doctor..my kid is 1.5 years old and everytime what ever i feed, he will pass motion. daily if we feed 4 times, 4 times he will pass motion. is it common in kids and do we have any remedy for this

A. mam it can be due to some stomach infection in the baby. boil saunf pudina and ajwain in water and give that water to the baby. keep the baby well hydrated and give coconut water and buttermilk to the baby.
