hi doctor my girl child has a discoloration near the inner edges of both the eyes like pale from rest of the skin color..is there any underlying cause and how should it be treated

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult yofur doctor and get it properly phjysical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
