hi doctor....my friend took ivf treatment n this month after FET her beta hcg is 517.60 ...don't know what happened...is it (+ or -)

it should be normal.
but please don't take stress for this as it is totally depends upon the time of pregnancy .
so please stay in contact with your treating doctor and please follow his/her advice for this.
