Hi Doctor, My daughter who is 6.5 years if age has a severe allergy problem. Every now n then she has Zukam with sneezing n running noze. We have been giving her Alerid with citirizin as the anti allergic. Now this time she has got bleeding from her noze after a few days of Nazla n Zukam. Please suggest if there's anything which can be used to treat her allergy upto a great extent if not permanently.

A. repeated causes of allergy is the main cause due to lack of proper immunity so you should concentrate to give her more of homemade food to build good immunity and also increase more of playing and physical activities for the baby You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon
