Hi Doctor, My Daughter Svara is now 4.9 yrs. we have observed a drastic hairfall with her from last 15 20 days. there is no change in her diet / Cosmetics please assist

A. In children, common causes include fungal or bacterial infections, telogen effluvium (stress-related hair loss), and traction alopecia. However, the most common cause of hair loss in children is scalp ringworm, which is a treatable fungal infection. Doctors can treat most causes of hair loss and can often reverse it.
