Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Take vitamins supplements
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Apply onion paste regularly and calcium supplements
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Stay hydrated
Maintain hygiene
