A. baby complaining pain in different body parts before going to school can be a fictious pain still it needs to be exam in physically to find out if there is any problem

A. hi it might happen because of nutritional deficiencies or muscular pain but better to visit your pediatrician for right diagnose. give small and frequent meal don't force feed or overfeed your child make sure your child takes enough rest
