Hi doctor, My daughter is having some skin issues from yesterday. Yesterday it appeared only in legs. Today it came to hands as well. Attached the reference photos. What is the reason for issue? what will be the treatment?

once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor
always apply coconut oil before putting on the diapers and change diapers frequently

so better to visit your pediatrician for once.
please give bath twice in a day
dress your child in Cotton clothes.
avoid using any cosmetics.
just apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
maintain good hygiene
