Q.

hi doctor.... my daughter is 4 years 2 months old. now she is not ready to have afternoon nap. is that fine....??? how long does kids require to rest...??

A. it is not important for children to have afternoon nap and if the child is sleeping that's fine but if the child is not sleeping there is no necessity to make the child sleep and all children take sleep according to their requirement and age
