Hi Doctor.. my daughter is 3.9 months old today she fell from 6 inch height mattress while sleeping she cried for just few minutes and I breastfed her usually she spits the milk after feeding and she did the same vomiting after breastfeeding she is smiling, playing not crying is there any risk

also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications relatexd to injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you can applxy warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
