Hi Doctor My daughter is 2 months 3 weeks old. she was born underweight ( 1.870 kg). She is not making eye contact and is not following things when moved infront of her. her current weight is 4.6kg. rest all her activities are normal. is there a thing to worry or she will start making eye contact after sometime?

Every baby development cycle is different. Some babies cross milestones early and some takes time so you should not worry about it at all. Even it is very early for baby to make eye contact mostly babies start doing it once they turn four months old. And according to babies birth weight baby weight is totally fine
