Hi Doctor. My daughter is 1.8 years old. few days before my periods the knee pain starts and continues till my periods ends. I haven't faced this issue before pregnancy. kindly comment on this

it might happen because of nutritional deficiency.
please take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products, sesame seeds etc more.
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
