you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Good luck and take care.
