Hello mom kids by the age of 1 year they double their birth weight and then Yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs .. you can give them eggs , whole grains and cereals, milk , panner , ghee , lentils such as channa , rajma etc , dals , sago , stuff paranthas, dry fruits and nuts , fruits and vegetables

Dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 1 year 4 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates, cashew nuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
