Hi doctor, my daughter has knuckle breaking like sound in knees.. Is this a matter of concern or is it normal??

In this small age it is completely normal but a lot of times it could be due to deficiency of calcium also you can check with your doctor and the sound basically is that the bones are growing them taking a proper place and place and that’s why it little bit of sound is very normal at this place
