hi doctor. .my chils 6month old..im not breastfeeding my child. becourse not increasing in my milk. he drink goatmilk. doctor suggesting goatmilk.what is your opinion doctor.

A. hi dear Mum goat milk is not recommended for the baby If the baby is not breastfeed then the next option is to formula feed till at least one year after that you can give pasteurised cow or buffalo milk
