Q.
Hi doctor my child is one n half month old since last few days he is suffering from cold cough n fever and because of that is he not eating anything wat can I give him eat coz it has been already three days n he is also taking breast milk

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to continue the regular diet of the child and the diet during cough and cold will not change much. but it is always advisable to give easily digestible food and do not force the child for food and if the child is taking around 60% to 70% of the diet then also it's fine. during cough and cold it is important to give plenty of fluids and water to the child which will help in recovery and also citrus fruits are advisable.d diet to avoid biscuits, maida, ice creams, cold food items, chocolate, chips and any packetx food, sweet sugary item, cakes , cookies.

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent please keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake u use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
