Hi doctor, My child have 4&1/2 months old now. mothers milk is not full fill her hungry . can u please suggest any other Milk or Nestum something.

A. Hello mom as they are growing their needs & requirements increases, so you take care of your diet and prefer easy to digest foods and meals preferably before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk and help in weight gain, from the age of 5 months weaning foods can be introduced.
