my baby is 21 days old how to know he is hungry or full my milk is sufficient

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. Usually the child would sleep peacefully for some hours it is minimum two or three hours and the child should gain half a kilo kilogram in a month if that is there that means your child is going enough fat and your milk is enough
