Hi Doctor My boy is 20 days old he turn the color as black and he is getting pimples around the face I'm getting worried about these. Help me for these problems

Pimples on face is milia. This will be fine on its own. So no need to worry.
Babeis they keep on changing their color till one year. U will get to see the real colour of the baby after one year. So no worries. Skin complexion is genetic and depends on the complexion of the parents.
