Hi doctor, my baby was born week, she is now 19months old but her weight is 8.5 kgs only. She walks and runs good but falls down frequently. It feels like she have weak legs. Is it okay for baby to fall? What can I do to improve her leg strength and weight?

A. Hi mom If ur baby is falling frequently then I would suggest u to give vitamin D drops by consulting ur doctor. Also give ur baby calcium rich food for strong bones and muscles. Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain.
