hi doctor, my baby was born on 18th January 2021 she was preterm baby 26 weeks 4days her born Weight is 780grams now she is 1080grms is it good

As baby is gaining weight it’s a good sign
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding
Stay hydrated to increase your milk supply
