hi doctor my baby vomits or spits everytime when he is breastfed in daytime or when he is awake. if he is fed during sleep, he is ok . what should we do ?

A. parent your child is 4 months old gastroesophageal reflux is expected and six to eight months of age so occasional spitting and vomiting episodes can be ignored as long as the baby is gaining weight
