Q.
Hi Doctor.. my baby takes breastmilk for quite long hour at a stretch.. he is also sleepy while feeding.. how do i know he is full because he never stops on his own if does not sleep? does tummy come up if he is full?

all Babies are different and so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns.
if your child looks happy healthy and active,gains enough weight then no need to worry about it.
please feed your child on demand.
to keep your child awake at the time of feeding , gently tickle his or her her palm and sole or you can gently rub your fingertips on your child's hair
