hi doctor,my baby is suffering from fever I gave the fepanil-250 3ml in afternoon but there was no result which medicine should I give him

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hourscf if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
