hi doctor... My baby is of 28 days old and he is breastfeeding baby from one week first three days he didn't poop third day we were worried we did massage on tummy that time he pooped more after that again three days happened still he didn't poop this time we massaged also the to he didn't poop what should we do now???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very comrmon and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of ageg
