From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day gradually twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,dal water, rice starch, soups, idly,sooji Kheer are suggested.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil only use ghee, unsalted butter while preparing baby foods.
