Hi doctor my baby is now around 20 months..but still can't talk properly.. he used to talk a lots in his own language.. and he said Papa..Dada..dadi.. mama..if he wants..but he understands everything what older said..and he can point what he wants..if he is thirsty then he said Pa pointing to the water filter... what should I do..

A. its okay dear he is just 20 month old currentely. just talk to him as much as possible, ask him lots of question and encourage to speak him, but dont force.
