hi doctor....my baby Is flickering his arms like this sir ...not for long time just a 2 sec I don't know why he is doing like this ...is that any problem with my kid sir ....

There is no picture or anything available for me to understand how your child is doing it so if you feel that there is a problem better to have an assessment with your doctor physically also you can make up with you to share with your doctor to explain what your child is doing
