hi doctor my baby is 8 months. I am giving him semi solid food. should I let him eat with spoon for hand mouth coordination or can I feed him please let me know

A. the baby is 8 months old and if the baby is taking semi solid food you can continue with semi solid food to your baby and just maintain proper hygiene for your child
