Hi Doctor, My baby is 6 month old. he is find very difficulty in pooping. he strains a lot and crying at times. initial poop is very solid. suggest an remedy

A. it s normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion can be different for everyone . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief. No syrup is given for this below 2 yearsso it's fine and. s
