hi doctor my baby is 4 yrs 3 months old and he can't tell big sentences also can't explain properly. so I am not able to understand what to be done. I want some suggestion .

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the screen time. Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to express and share. It is important that you spend more time with your child conversing. Read stories from Babyhug story books
