Hi doctor,my baby is 2year 10 month old , she is suffering with vometing after every meal even after water, and fever , what is the reason and solution

A. most of the times if the baby is having both fever and vomitings it can be because of some infection in the baby which needs appropriate examination evaluation of the reason
