hi doctor my baby is 26 month old and he is totally depend on breastfeeding. I don't understand what should I do so that he can start eating solid food.

A. Hello dear parent, as baby is 26 months old now you shouod avoid feeding the baby. Reduce feeding sessions. And start giving 5 meals in a day and in small portions. Also focus more on fruits. Good luck and take care
