hi doctor my baby is 23 months old his tooth started decaying and one teeth was broken ,when he fell down the floor.what may be the reason for tooth decaying in this age

A. Not maintaining proper oral hygiene not brushing the teeth properly as that’s the only reason behind it and the teeth that has broken don’t worry about it if I had gone from the route to new teeth will come when the time is right but as of now you should definitely consult a paediatric dentist
