hi doctor my baby is 2 years old having fever from yesterday i am worried as this is the time of covid so i dnt knw what to do even her stomach is also disturb can you plz help me

First of all don’t panic if all your family members are safe and healthy then don’t worry about COVID as it can be due to stomach infection so stop giving milk to the child give ORS coconut water khichdi dal rice suji Upma poha and if body temperature is around 100F then give calpol drops and talk to your Paediatrician on phone once
