#askdoctors My baby s 8 months he gets loosu motion I dnt knw you.. can i knw the reson why??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having loose motions so mostly due to teething process so give him ORS and econorm sachets two time a day

Hi Hello dear parent it is common for the babies to have lose motions when they have started supplementary feeds from breast milk so do not worry about it maintain the hygiene of the utensils and also give hot milk and give lot of breastfeeding and ORD solution

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. it can be a part of digestion problem as well as it can be a part of some type of infection kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days
