hi doctor, my baby is 2 mnths old n he is passing watery stool and its been already 2 days n how many days it will take to recover from diarrhea and he is passing 7 times a day and he is completely under baby n is this diarrhea causing because of my food diet. doc suggested to use sporolac sachet 2 times a day mixing with my breast milk n I am giving it since 2 days but not able to see any results.

A. you can easily weight for two or three days and then get a stool examination done which will tell which type of problem the child is suffering from because it can be either gastrointestinal infection or allergy or digestion problem
