Q.

Hi doctor, My baby is 1yr and 3months old. Is it normal that she doesn't has teeth yet? What causes delay in tooth eruption ? Should I take her to dentist? Could you please suggest on this?

A. some kids get their teeth a little late. the maximum you can wait is till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth. but a dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday
