A. Hi delayed eruption of teeth occurs due to hormonal deficiencies.. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..so wait for some more time

A. tooth eruption is very natural process and it differs from baby to baby so you should not be worried if your baby is is not getting teeth early the milk tooth will be stronger if it is coming out late also you should see that baby is getting calcium through proper food
