hi Doctor my baby is 13months old. he was suffering from viral fever from past 1 week. his fever has come down 2days back, but again started from today morning. but still he's suffering from runny nose and cough why fever not healing completely?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is having a viral fever which is weaning and waxing so mostly he may need plenty of water and paracetamol only
