Hello doctor.. my baby is 13months old, 8.5kg.. our doctor prescribed dolo 250.. 3ml 3times a day for fever.. but without seeing the prescription I was giving 5ml.. 4times a day for past 2days.. please help.. for past 2days his fever haven't decreased and he is going on making crying sounds continuously

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and his weight is 8.5 kg and you gave him paracetamol 250 mg three times a day so don’t worry nothing will happen to him as paracetamol is very safe

please be careful while giving medicines to your child.
anyways , please consult your pediatrician as fever remains same.
please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene.
