Q.

Hi doctor. My baby is 13 days old and his umbilical cord stump has fallen out 2 days back. But whenever he does leg movements a bit of blood comes out of his naval area. Is it normal? Also, is there any way that it dries up quickly?

A. thats ok. avoid touched. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. alao put neoprene powder to help it to dry faster. the blood goeas away in 4-5 days we had the same worry with our kid's initial weeks
